I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Toronto. My research interests are in (applied and theoretical) microeconometrics, closely motivated by challenges in empirical economics research.
I am on the 2026–27 job market.
My recent work, including my job market paper, aims to enable applied economists to ask richer questions and fully exploit assumptions that reflect institutional knowledge and subject-matter expertise, while dispensing with assumptions that are motivated by technical convenience rather than economic reasoning.
